I do my best to ensure that all my artwork arrives safe and in one piece. But, as it must leave my hands to get to you, I cannot control how it is treated in route. Insurance is included in the cost of shipping. USPS insurance will cover the cost of the piece if it is damaged, but not the costs of return shipment or repairs. Please see www.usps.com for all the terms of insurance coverage.
As I stand behind all my work, I offer free repairs on 1st shipment damages. The only cost to you is shipping the piece to me, return shipment upon repair is at my cost (insured again).
Pieces with large bases, or separate components that do not safely/easily fit into one box together, will be shipped separately, and insured accordingly.

*Collectors outside of the United States please note: shipment across the border or overseas may take longer to reach you. Shipping insurance is not always available, depending on shipping method and generally shipping runs about $10-$15.00 extra - sometimes more. Email me with your country, city and postal code for a exact shipping cost. Overseas shipments are always double boxed for safer travel.
Please note: Any Customs charges or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. I cannot mark items as "gifts", as the fine for doing so is far larger than I am able to afford.
Pieces with natural foliage , real cicada or butterfly wings etc... are not always able to make it through customs - being rejected or quarantined, or requiring additional penalty fees. For that reason I cannot ship them outside the United States.
Many of my pieces have artist-made wings or artificial foliage. If interested pieces can be adapted upon request to meet customs guidelines.
